1. TERM OF SERVICE FOR HOLEST’S SOFTWARE PRODUCTS/SAAS SERVICES
SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT-ABILITY.
Before you purchase Holest’s product regarding technical aspects you are required to know it’s hardware/software requirements, it’s possibilities and way it can be used. Documentation describing this aspects and 1 month evolution period can and may be provided to you using readable medium.
We renounce responsibility is case of data loss, harm made to other software/hardware components, failure during it’s operational state.
1.1 LICENCE KEYS FOR WEB-SOFTWARE PRODUCTS
If product includes use of licence key for activation or for update servers access following rules apply:
Each product licence key of quantity “1” is limited to one and only one site/domain. Number of allowed sites/domains for keys of quantity greater than “1” is equal to key quantity.
Licence key can not be moved to other site/domain. Holest engineering will tolerate reasonable number of key uses (at least 3) as we understand that each site may have development, pre-release and release stage. If you exceed this limit Holest Engineering will not be obligated to reset your key.
Holest engineering records domain names the key was used on. By purchasing the product key you accept and acknowledge that HOLEST ENGINEERING will keep this as information.
If Holest Engineering detects that use of key violates this terms Holest Engineering may terminate the KEY without warning!
1.3 INVOICES & RECEIPTS
Invoices & receipts will be exclusively served in digital electronic formats (such PDF, HTML or RAW EMAIL CONTENT) over e-mail or made available for view/download on our site.
1.4 EXCHANGE RATES
Default currency on our website is EUROPEAN UNION EURO – EUR/€. We use global services to acquire live exchange rates. By purchasing/subscribing-to a product from HOLEST in other currency that are it is implied that you are implicitly accepting exchange rate. If you think that there is a problem with exchange rate you should not proceed to payment and you should contact our support.
Receipts/Invoices will be served in the digital form exclusively.
1.5 SUPPORT & LANGUAGE
All technical support, billing or any kind of support request in any form must be written/spoken in English language.
