We exclusively sell software products and rent SaaS services therefore we have no obligation to provide a refund for any payments already collected irrespective of whether you used the Service or not during the Billing Cycle. However, refund requests may be considered by us on a case-by-case basis and granted at our sole discretion as per our refund policy.
To be eligible for a return, your must prove one of the following stands for your case:
- You have not used bought product/SaaS service at and you request refund less than 30 days after purchase is made.
- You have used bought product/SaaS service for a short period of time only until you realized that the bought product can not serve your needs and you request refund less than 30 days after purchase is made. We are aware that some of our product can be used to complete massive amounts of tasks in just short period of time therefore we keep the right to look at our logs and confirm your request claims.
Approved refunds will be preferably executed using same payment method that was used originally when purchase was made. If this is not possible customer will be offered other possible options.
